1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a StoreDad account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
StoreDad is intended for Indian D2C sellers. Some plans require valid GST registration. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Platform Usage
Permitted: lawful e-commerce activity, marketing your own products, managing customers and orders. Prohibited: illegal goods, fraudulent transactions, abuse of platform resources, or any activity that violates Indian law.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
- Annual plans are non-refundable post-activation.
- Failure to pay may result in store suspension after a 7-day grace period.
6. Commission & Payment Policy
StoreDad charges zero platform commission on your sales. You are responsible for fees charged by your chosen payment gateway. Payouts go directly from the gateway to your bank — StoreDad does not hold your funds.
7. Custom Domain & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your brand assets, content, and customer data. StoreDad retains rights to its platform, code, and trademarks.
8. User Content & Store Responsibility
Sellers own their content and are solely responsible for product listings, claims, and compliance with consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
9. Analytics & Data
We compute analytics from your store data and present them in your dashboard. Aggregated, anonymised metrics may be used to improve the product.
10. Service Availability & Downtime
We provide a best-effort uptime target. Enterprise customers receive a defined SLA in their commercial agreement.
11. Termination
You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms with reasonable notice (or immediate notice for severe violations).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreDad's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
